It is the policy of the Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) to establish a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program in accordance with regulations of the Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. DCTA receives Federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), and as a condition of receiving this assistance, DCTA has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26.
