Our Non-Profit Discount Program offers Denton County-based non-profit organizations a discounted rate on local passes ONLY. Every group is different and has specific needs, so our Non-Profit Pass Program provides flexibility for charitable organizations to serve the needs of the community.
Discounts are only applicable to DCTA local fares, including Day Passes and Monthly Passes.
Pass Details:
Non-profit 501(c)3 organizations are eligible for a 50% discount on all passes*.
*The 50% discount does not apply to already discounted passes or on-demand services
Required Documentation:
Non-profit organizations wishing to purchase discounted tickets must provide a hard copy of their valid EIN for our file.

To purchase discounted passes under the Non-Profit Discount Program, please visit the ticket counter at the Downtown Denton Transit Center (DDTC) or contact DCTA at dctainfo@dcta.net.
Discounted passes are produced on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to ticket stock availability. Some orders may be delayed, depending on the total number of passes requested, to allow for additional ticket stock to be ordered and the complete order to be processed and fulfilled. DCTA staff will work with all purchasers to turn around orders as quickly as possible.
