On January 1, 2023, previously existing DCTA Local and Regional System passes are no longer valid for travel on GoZone.
GoZone trips must be purchased through the GoZone App or by calling DCTA Customer Service at 940-243-0077.
Certain qualifying individuals are eligible to purchase DCTA passes that are valid for travel on GoZone. Passes valid on GoZone are easily identified by the GoZone Logo.
Access Paratransit Customers – Paratransit Certified passengers may use their valid paratransit photo ID in lieu of DCTA Local/Regional Fare on GoZone services. Applications for Access Paratransit Services can be found here.
Reduced Fare Eligible Passengers – Passengers who qualify for reduced fares and hold a valid reduced fare eligible ID badge may purchase passes that are valid on GoZone.
To qualify for reduced fare, a rider must be:
- Seniors (65+)
- Persons with disabilities
- Medicare cardholders
- Students (ages 5 to 18; students over the age of 14 must have a valid high school or DCTA issued ID)
- Children under 5 ride free, but must have a qualifying ID card
