Get Insider Rider and Travel Tips at DCTA’s Quarterly 101 Event this February

Need help and tips to better use our system? Make plans to attend our Transit 101 event on Thursday, February 28. This event is a quarterly educational meeting designed to provide riders and the general community with travel training information to enhance their experience when they ride DCTA.

The event will be held at the Denton Public Library North Branch (3020 N Locust St) from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a formal presentation scheduled at 4:15 p.m. with Q&A to follow. Anyone is welcome to attend, and no reservations are required for this event.

The following topics will be discussed during the Transit 101 event:

  • How to ride
  • Types of fares
  • Route and schedule information
  • Other DCTA services
  • Customer service tools

Event goers will also get a chance to speak with our staff to get more in-depth rider tips and travel training assistance. We encourage feedback to help enhance future travel training events. If attendees have more specific concerns to report to DCTA, we ask that they submit them via our GORequest system.
